| Our First Aid and CPR classes cover infant, child, and adults. This class meets the state guidelines for child care providers as well as industry specific guidelines. This is a combination class and certification is good for two years both First Aid and CPR. This class is 4.5 hours long with no scheduled lunch break. Bring your own food. You may eat during the class. |

Our Child Abuse Class is two hours in length. Per CCD Rules for the Certification of Child Care Centers, Rule #414-300-120, Staff Training, the workshop offered by Metro CCR&R meets all requirements for this class. The title of this workshop is now based upon the title of the book “What You Can Do About Child Abuse”. Please refer to publication DHS 9061/revised 12/04 which is handed out to every student in every class and is the exact same training as “RRCAN”. |

Order your food handler's certification packet online and take your test at home. Your packet will be shipped to you within 3 business days and includes a study booklet, test and envelope to mail in your test. You will receive your card in the mail within 10 days after you send in your test to the oregon restaurant association. You may also pick your packet up at the Super Saturday Classes.

Super Saturday Classes are a quick start to becoming a child care provider, all three classes in one day. CPR/First Aid, Child Abuse Class, and pick up food handlers packet. You may attend one or all three classes during a Super Saturday. Saturday classes last from
9:00am to 4:30pm.
CPR/First Aid- 10:00 to 2:30pm
Child Abuse- 2:30pm to 4:30pm
Food Handlers Packet will be distributed during the other two classes. Bring your own food. You may eat during the class.
